Construction contract negotiation and drafting related to large electric power plants, waste management and asbestos abatement projects, university cogeneration and water supply facilities, and municipal wastewater and water supply projects.

Environmental compliance audits for pharmaceutical, life sciences and electronics companies.  Manage legal aspects of incident response and disaster recovery.  Conduct internal investigations, including OSHA fatality investigations.
